A general donation is a contribution to Epilepsy Canada to help us continue our efforts in fighting epilepsy. Your generous contribution is a significant factor in helping to fight epilepsy. It will be used for new research and education programs. The amount of your donation will be shown on your receipt.
You can also honour the memory of a loved one or celebrate the accomplishment of a friend or family member by helping others.
Did you know that charitable gifts can be donated in honour of a loved one? Honouring another person in this way is a thoughtful tribute and a particularly gratifying gift. A gift in tribute to a charitable organization extends beyond the present because it helps to enrich the lives of many others. There are a variety of ways to honour a friend or loved one through a special gift. For example, special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and other special days, such as Mother's Day or Father's Day, provide excellent opportunities for such a gift.

With a small gift on the1st or the 15th of each month from your credit card or bank account, you will provide for the ongoing needs of people in the Epilepsy community. You'll also help us save on administrative costs, allowing us to provide more money for our vital services.
A gift of …
- $5 per month (or $60 per year) will help distribute information brochures widely.
- $10 per month (or $120 per year) will help provide more education tools to change attitudes and misconception towards people with epilepsy.
- $15 per month (or $180 per year) will help provide three months of toll-free telephone service, allowing individuals to talk directly to an individual information/referral specialist on epilepsy.
